A writer, witness and guide exploring what becomes possible when women stop silencing the truth inside them.

For many women, self-abandonment does not look dramatic. It looks like being dependable, accommodating, thoughtful and strong while the body quietly carries the cost.
I created Sekhmet.life as a space where anger can be heard without shame and boundaries can be restored without apology.
This work is rooted in close listening, lived experience, writing and gentle inquiry. It does not ask you to force forgiveness, manufacture calm or bypass the reality of what happened.
Instead, it invites you to recognise what your emotional life may be protecting and what your body has already understood.
